Beautiful views. Semidetached house with 90 m2 (accomodates 6 people) in a quiet neighbourhood. Even in high season you will only listen to the noise of the Mediterranean, wich is at about 100 m distance. You will reach the beach and solitary coves in a five minutes walk.

The house is divided in two stories:
First floor: Open livingroom and kitchen, 45 m2.
- Completely equipped kitchen: gas stove, oven, microwave, other appliances
- Dining area for 8 people, views of the sea .
- Living room with two convertible sofa-beds

Second floor: two sleeping rooms
- Sleeping room 1: double bed, complete bathroom with shower
- Sleeping room 2: Bunkbed for two
The rooms go out on a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and the village of Cadaques. At the same level there is a small terrace behind the house

Prices and dates :
The house can be rented per day or per week. Weekends can only be reservend 10 days before arriving date.
- Low season : 120 € / day or 700 € / week
- Mid Season (June and September and easter): 140 € / day or 850 € / week
- High season ( July , August y holidays like easter weekend ) : 170 € / day or 985 € / week
Additional charges (to be payed at arrival).
- Fee for final cleaning : 60 €.
- Linnen and towels ( optional ) : 10 € / person.
